We use an anti-bacterial mist machine that we spray onto the intake and air ducts of the system after everything is cleaned.  We spray the fog into the system and shut the system off.  This kills the germs, odors, bacteria, and mold after duct cleaning.  This is recommended for people who have allergies, who are sensitive to dust and odors, or if you just want the ease of mind that your system is clean.

Maintenance and Replace

Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity but we will offer insight on what you can do to keep your unit maintained between visits.  We can also help replace your old heater or old ducts, add UV germ lights or extra filters

People often overlook the importance of cleaning their dryer vents.  It is important to get your dryer vent cleaned once every few years to prevent build up that can be a fire hazard.  These days Bay Area houses have dryer vents that tend to have longer vent distances that carry a greater area of lint build up.  Although dryer air vents capture lint, they only capture a minimal amount.  With this increase of lint build up, comes an increased risk of a fire hazard and for your dryer not to work at its optimal level, making your dryer work harder and longer to dry a load of laundry.
